We design our pneumatic manifolds with space and labor saving ideas in mind such as "push to fit" cartridge fittings which eliminate excess fittings for line connections, and insertable check valves which do away with extra leak points, labor and space. We can even machine the check valve body into the manifold further reducing cost. Air flow can be controlled by precision orifices or needle valves inserted into the manifold turning your array of tubing, fittings, and components into one compact modular package. We utilize various materials such as aluminum, brass, and stainless steel coupled with plating options to withstand any environment. We machine plastics such as Delrin and Acrylic and will injection mold manifolds for cost savings in volume.
