Minute measurements can be achieved by pulse width modulation of our solenoid valves to dispense precise amounts of gas or liquid. We have been involved with dispensing so fine that measurement is done in angstroms of light. We have experience in gas analysis where measurements in "parts per million" are not uncommon, and bubble tight specifications must be meet. When necessary we work with inert materials such as Teflon and Chemraz, and use diaphragm isolation to control caustic media.
